6:23 – feed the cat, go to the toilet, run franticly trough the house in search of my running clothes, say goodbye to sleeping D. and get out on the street.
6:25 – my blister is hurting. Wait, wasn’t my blister on my left foot?? My right foot is hurting! I go back home, change socks and put a blister band aid on my heel. D: “How was your run?”
6:30 – back out again, my foot is still hurting. Stupid elastic laces!
6:35 – I’m back in the house again, angry pulling the elastic laces from my shoes. Ouch! Not a good idea to pull at elastic laces…
6:47 – Finally running, with pain free feet, in shoes with normal laces.
